FAQ
How can Olina be interest-free? What’s the catch?
There isn’t one hidden in the interest rate.
For bills that can be paid by card, you pay zero interest. Olina earns processing fees from platforms such as Meta and Google instead.
For bills that can’t be paid by card, there’s one small flat fee rather than an interest rate that grows over time. This means you know what the flexibility costs before you use it, without watching interest eat into your margins.
Why wouldn’t I just keep using my cashback card?
You can. But ask yourself what problem the cashback is actually solving.
Getting 1%, 2% or 3% back is useful. It doesn’t change the fact that a large statement balance can still leave your account at once.
Cashback rewards the spend. Olina changes how you have to pay for it.
If smoothing a $45,000 bill means you can keep more cash available to scale a profitable campaign, reorder stock sooner or avoid pulling money out of other parts of the business, that flexibility can be far more valuable than a few percentage points in rewards.
I already have good cash flow. Why would I need Olina?
You don’t need to be struggling for cash to benefit from having more of it available when an opportunity appears.
If you know a $50,000 bill is coming, you may keep $50,000 sitting in the bank waiting for it. That money can’t simultaneously be funding your next inventory order or helping you scale an ad campaign that’s working.
Olina is designed to make the timing of your expenses less restrictive, so more of your cash can stay productive inside a healthy, growing business.
Aren’t I still paying exactly the same bills?
Yes. Olina doesn’t make the bill disappear. It changes how that bill hits your business.
A $45,000 invoice paid in one day requires $45,000 to be available on that day.
The same $45,000 spread across 45 days requires $1,000 each day.
For the Ad Flex Card, payments can even move with revenue, so stronger sales days pay down more and slower days pay down less.
The advantage is not paying less principal. It’s preventing one date on the calendar from suddenly swallowing a large chunk of the cash you could otherwise be using to run and grow the business.
